- Weiand water flow restrictor plates are designed to control the amount of coolant flowing through the block. This allows for more efficient heat dissipation and cooling cycle. Water flow restrictors are designed to mount under the water neck on the intake manifold. Each package contains 3 different sized plates to best suit your specific application.
