- The PreRunner Tire Carrier makes it possible to transport tires up to 35" (small carriers) or 40" (full-size carriers) while maintaining ground clearance and bed space. It mounts directly into the factory tailgate location without cutting, drilling, or welding on most vehicles. The easy-to-open PreRunner doesn't interfere with truck bed access, and it can be angled in or outward by repositioning two pivot bolts.
