Hitchswing is tow-rated at 7500 lbs. (max trailer weight) and 750 lbs. (tongue weight).
30 in. wide from hitch to pivot bolt, 3.500 in. minimum depth from 1st hitch pin to the back of the support arm. 4.500 in.to the next hitch pin hole. Hitchswing support arm sits at hitch height, rising 2.500 in. above the receiver. The swing-arm sits above the support arm approx. 6 in..
4.5 in. of clearance required from the center of the hitch pin hole rearward for it to be compliant with the wedge lock system.
The further your load extends from the Hitchswing, the lighter your load needs to be. If your load is within 3 feet (or 18 in. from hitch to center of load) of the Hitchswing, the max load is 250 lbs. If your load extends beyond 4 feet (or 24 in. from hitch to center of load), the max load is 150 lbs.
Fitment Notes:
The rectangular support arm is welded to a secondary hitch extending 2.500 in. above factory hitch and 30 in. out horizontally from your vehicle’s hitch.
When properly installed, the Hitchswing will sit level with the inside of the hitch.
Hitchswing will interfere with factory back-up sensors and reduce the scope of vision of a back-up camera.
4.500 in. of clearance required from the center of the hitch pin hole rearward for it to be compliant with the wedge lock system. You may need to relocate spare tire from underneath the vehicle or modify to gain the necessary clearance.
