- Wilton Tools Machinist Vise is made to handle the most demanding clamping applications. Unlike most fixed center nut vises, the Machinist Vice round channel nut is held in at the rear, providing a straight line pull. This design feature results in even pressure and greater durability. The Machinist Vise round channel design also allows for an enclosed spindle and nut assembly, keeping debris out and lubrication in for a lifetime of smooth, reliable operation. The Machinist Vise is built with machined main jaws and anvil work surface.
