Preparing ZoopSeal
Mix together ZoopSeal Part A and Part B. Periodically shake the mixture until it is absolutely clear (the milky appearance should clear up when the setting process is complete). Do not use ZoopSeal unless it is entirely clear. ZoopSeal is not compatible with strong acids and alkaline products; they will remove ZoopSeal.
Warning: Part A and Part B are flammable. Do not smoke, light a match, ignite a lighter, etc. around these chemicals.

ZoopSeal Cleaner Application
1. Make sure beforehand that the part you want to treat is free of dust, debris, etc. Mix concentrate in 15 parts water to 1 part cleaner in an 8oz spray bottle.
2. Spray ZoopSeal onto the part, and then thoroughly clean it. Rinse off the part with distilled water.
3. Clean the part a second time with the mixture, and then rinse again with distilled water.
4. Make sure the part is clean and free of water spotting/streaking. No waxy water droplets should appear; water should sheet off the product.

Using Mixed ZoopSeal Later (ZoopSeal's shelf life once mixed is 3-6 days refrigerated.)
Very lightly and without overlapping, apply leftover ZoopSeal to the part that itself is at room temperature. A transparent, rainbow finish will appear. When ZoopSeal is applied too heavily (leaving a milky finish), immediately wipe off excess (thinning out coverage). Allow ZoopSeal to become dry to the touch, and then apply Zoops Final Seal to polished parts only.

Zoops Final Seal
1. Preferably with a 3" square cloth, lightly apply Final Seal in sections of 6'x6'.
2. While Final Seal is still wet, start polishing the part in back and forth strokes (where sealer has been applied) until the sealer is no longer visible and a shine appears. If needed, Final Seal can be applied several times using the same back and forth strokes.
3. Allow the treated part to cure in a warm, dry place for 24 hours.
Important: Do not apply Final Seal to non-polished parts. It is only for polished parts.

Again, when ZoopSeal is applied too heavily, a more aggressive finish may need to be used to remove the excess. Zoops suggests an aggressive billet aluminum polish to do so, and then Zoops Final Seal may be applied afterward.
