The Detroit Speed DECAlink Independent Rear Suspension Kit is designed specifically for the Chevrolet Corvette C2 & C3 and drastically improves the handling, ride quality and strength of the car. DECAlink is comprised of many newly designed in-house parts Detroit Speed created to help address the weaknesses in handling over the factory rear suspension. The multi-link rear suspension attaches to the stock rear frame using aluminum castings and a tubular crossmember. All suspension points are hard mounted which eliminates excessive deflection compared to the stock rubber mounts. The two-piece composite cradle structure provides rigid suspension mounting and allows easier assembly, maintenance and the ability to remove the rear differential without having to remove the entire suspension system. It allows the flexibility to utilize the original factory 17-spline differential, or upgrade to a more modern 30-spline differential. Exclusive forged aluminum uprights house modern wheel hubs and provide mounting points for modern suspension parts such as end links, sway bar and coilover shocks.
One of the best qualities of this system versus the factory configuration is the fact that all suspension link lengths are adjustable. The assembly also features adjustments for rear anti-squat geometry and roll-center height. If paired with coil over shocks, spring rate and ride height can be adjusted as well. Best of all, DECAlink can install into a Corvette without any additional body modifications.

Their Hammerhead rear differential is a 12-Bolt Truetrac differential with 33-spline gears in a cast aluminum housing. It ships fully assembled and includes 33-spline stub axles and a 1350 yolk. It's designed to accept any GM 12-bolt ring and pinion, so virtually all gear ratios are available.
