Leaf Spring
Found on the rear of older passenger cars as well as on the rear of pickup trucks (and front in some applications) are leaf springs. Shaped like a long and bowed flat piece of metal, these suspension components help absorb uneven road surfaces and also lift the vehicle body and frame off of the front or rear axle.
When finding a replacement leaf spring pair, it's important to match them to the year, make, and model of your vehicle. If you are upgrading the leaf springs, such as for a lifted pickup application, confirm whether you need different shocks and other components to complete the project.
JEGS offers a large selection of leaf springs from high quality suspension manufacturers like Skyjacker, Tuff Country, Dorman Products, Calvert Racing, Belltech, and many others. Each leaf spring is made from high quality materials and assembly to provide the suspension handling and performance you need.
