    PS4541CT is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very well built engine sounds vicious. I bought this engine because I wanted big power in a SBC from a reliable company with a great warranty and customer service. JEGS/BLUEPRINT ENGINES is the best way to go hands down compared to anyone trust me. My 454 SBC actually put out more power than what it states. Very well pleased and good on gas. Got it in no problem dropped it in no problem runs great.

Are the exaust ports on these aluminum heads in the same place as on world products cast iron heads? I mean, are they upper or lower?

    Asked by: Bobcat
All BluePrint small block Chevrolet Aluminum heads have raised ports, meaning the exhaust manifold/headers will sit .5” higher up the head compared to stock. The bolt pattern and porting are standard, they will just sit higher along the face of the head. Thank you for your support and consideration.

would Blueprint engines be willing to have this one built for Nitrous or Boost?

    Asked by: Joshua
Hello Joshua, Thank you for contacting BluePrint Engines, I would be more than happy to assist you. We currently do not offer the 454 in a power adder edition, but we do have some other options for you. We currently offer the 400ci or 383ci that is gapped for boost applications. These two options would work great with nitrous, or Booost.. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us. Thank You

So what carb size do you recommend. I did the whole math thing and it says my quick fuel 750 will work. But others i race with say no needs a 950

    Asked by: Fasts10
This will work fine with the 750 cfm carburetor. If you are racing and want more HP then the 950 will be better.

Will this motor hold boost? If so how much?

    Asked by: Sdime82
We do not recommend that any boost be used on this engine, it is designed to be ran naturally aspirated and if boost was used it would automatically void our engine warranty.
