Back by popular demand. This intake manifold is a resurrection of the popular B-4B manifold made in the late 1960's for street 400-430-455ci Buick V8's. The only change to the original design is the addition of our proven Performer-style carb pad that accepts either square-bore or spread-bore carburetors, making this manifold an excellent choice for both restorations and performance-minded Buick fans. Recommended Intake Gaskets: Fel-Pro 375-MS96005 Carburetor Recommendations: Edelbrock Performer 750cfm Carburetor p/n 350-1407 Edelbrock Performer 750cfm Carburetor p/n 350-1411. The rear egr/air port on this manifold has to be tapped and plugged with a pipe plug. The reason for this is that earlier heads did not have the provisions for egr in the head.

This patented design greatly improves torque over a wide rpm range, especially off-idle through 5500 rpm. Provides crisp throttle response. Some Performer intakes are 50-state legal, when used with the correct carburetor and in the correct application.
