Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sand Certified! I bought this for my Mazzone sandrail that I am restoring. This unit has the remote sending unit and installed the gauge in my new chrome console. Looks great and performs great. Now if I can get a 50% off coupon, I will follow it up with a new Autometer tach!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great, no complaints One installation tip: grounding of the sender is critical. I had the sender mounted to a junction in some metal hardpiped oil lines that feed some custom oil sprayers running on the top side of the block. I was expecting that to provide sufficient ground, but it did not. Needed to run a ground wire directly to the sender body. Used a hose clamp around the body to clamp a male spade terminal to the body. After that, it worked great. Perhaps the teflon tape I used to seal the oil line fittings was sufficient to isolate the sender.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought a traditional oil pressure bought water temp gauge about 6 weeks ago and out of the box the water temp never worked correctly always goes to the hottest temp in less than 5 minutes and I have to tap the oil lens a few times before it reads correctly! A lot of work to put these in!!! I did not expect this poor quality from Auto Meter!!!
