    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor fit and quality control I've used or installed BBK parts in the past, from headers and H-pipes to engine parts, and I've always been satisfied, so I'm disappointed to say that BBK missed the mark with this cat-back. First off, the tail pipe pieces were not fully expanded where they would slip together, so I had to use a pipe expander on them. Thankfully, my son had the tool available to do this. The pipes are large, so accurate bends and routing are a must, but this exhaust system lacks this. After hours of tweaking the fitment, there was no way to get clearance everywhere and maintain a straight and level exit of the exhaust tips. It's simply impossible to position the tips correctly and have clearance on the pipes, so the tips exit at an upward angle and splayed outward. Speaking of the tips. At 3.5", they're ridiculously large and look out of place. They are more suited to a diesel truck than a car. The hangers that come with the kit work, but they're not very user friendly. BBK should improve the kit here. I will need to take the car to an exhaust shop to correct the routing and install smaller exhaust tips. So, that's the negative. The positive is that the veritune mufflers sound good. They're plenty loud in the close position when the throttle is open and quiet enough to have a conversation at cruise speed without raising your voice. I found them a bit too loud for my taste in the fully open position, but if you want loud, you can have it. In short, I like the mufflers, but the pipe routing and the tips are not up to BBK's reputation of producing quality parts and need to be improved. I would not recomend this cat-back.
