    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good pump. Beware of fittings This pump does NOT use npt fittings it uses nps straight thread fittings. It is not advertised and these fittings are NOT readily available utalizing AN style plumbing fittings.

    The Carter pump I have #02208 only has two ports where this one has three. I would assume that the smaller port on top is a return line, if so can it be blocked off with no problem

    This being a marine pump the top port is a vent and needs ran back to your fuel tank.
