Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly This carb was a replacement on a Ford 302. The 302 is in an insane motorcycle. The old carb always gave me problems. The amazing thing about the replacement was the setup. Virtuously non existent. The only thing I changed was the idle speed. Didnt have to touch the other settings. Plug and play! There was a noticeable increase in performance too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good carburetor I like using them to replace the old governed holleys on trucks, bolt it on and fire it up. Adjust the idle mixture and speed and away you go, easy as that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elbrock carburetor Ordered for co-worker that does not deal with banks or online activities. But He and I were impressed in speed of delivery ( beats most of the "Prime" orders I make. Packaged well with no damage and in the end pleased with carburetor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow!! I have a "very stock" 350 Chevy that needed a carb. I've been a Holley guy my whole life and I thought I would try the Edelbrock 1405. What a surprise! The throttle response is quick and crisp. This carb gave that old motor new life. For the street, look no further, the Edelbrock 1405 is the answer!

will this carb fit a 1979 dodge aspen v8 318

    Asked by: aspen55
Depends, if the engine came with a 2 barrel carburetor the you will need an aftermarket 4 barrel intake. if it came with the carter 4 barrel it should work as long as it is a square bore intake but you may need to make changes to get the throttle cable, fuel line, and kick down for the transmission to work on this unit.
