A huge hit among street rodders, these Dual-Quad Kits offer the ultimate set-up for anyone who wants the look and the performance of dual-quad carbs. They include an Edelbrock RPM or RPM Air-Gap Dual-Quad intake manifold and two 500 cfm Thunder Series AVS carburetors calibrated specifically for dual-quad applications (one manual choke, one electric choke). To make the installation simple, these kits also include our high-tech progressive throttle linkage, Russell fuel inlet and high-quality Edelbrock intake gaskets. The manifold and Thunder Series carbs are available with a standard finish or Edelbrock's bright EnduraShine chrome-like finish for long lasting show quality looks.

Edelbrock's EnduraShine finish is something you have to see to believe! EnduraShine is a bright silver chrome finish with powdercoated durability. Three-step Vacuum Metalizing Process: base coat, aluminum coat, and clear top coat. It resists discoloration from heat and has an amazing chemical resistance. The clear top coat enhances polished aluminum look for a great appearance but you never have to polish it!

Edelbrock Dual-Quad Manifold and Carburetor Kits include:

  • All New design RPM Air-Gap Dual-Quad intake manifold engineered for increased horsepower and torque
  • Satin or EnduraShine finish
  • Thunder Series AVS carburetor precision tuned for accurate two-carburetor calibration
  • Endura finished fuel inlet
  • Progressive throttle linkage for accurate throttle position and carb timing
  • High-quality Edelbrock intake gasket set
  • American Made Performance and Quality only Edelbrock can provide

How do you get the oil into the crankcase on a 283 corvette engine with this dual carb setup?

    Asked by: Jerry9
The valve covers would have to be changed to a set that has holes in them.

Re:  the Dual Carb Edlebrock setup.  Is it all put together or is it a puzzle. I would expect the linkage and gas lines, springs etc. to be together with the carbs being adjusted and tuned to work together.  Are the carbs Bolted to the intake manifold?

    Asked by: Jerry9
This kit does not come pre-assembled.

Is there a place on the manifold to insert the oil fill/breather tube?

    Asked by: Eddie123
On that intake, it does not.
