    Small Block Chrysler Performer RPM 63cc Aluminum Cylinder Heads

    Outstanding features include phosphor-bronze valve guides, interlocking, ductile iron valve seats, and premium one-piece, high-flow stainless steel intake and exhaust valves. Heat-treated and machined steel retainers and valve locks along with heavy duty valve springs are good for .575'' lift cams. For compatibility with aftermarket parts, these powerful heads use the stock location for intake and exhaust bolt holes and flanges, spark plugs, and valve cover rails. The special valvetrain in the 1970 340 T/A is not compatible with these cylinder heads.

    Tech Tip
    To gain more spark plug clearance, Edelbrock recommends using Champion RC Series plugs, such as the RC12YC (P/N 192-49776). They are 0.230'' shorter than conventional spark plugs and have a 5/8'' hex for easier access.

    A mechanical or electric fuel pump can be used, a motor with 11.5:1 compression I would advise 100 to 110 octane.
