Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to install I purchased this about a month prior to completing the installation. Once I had the vent line and command center installed, it only took about 3 hours to finish the installation. We primed the command center with fuel and completed the initial computer set up and it fired up almost immediately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1982 k blazer with a 454 v8 1 ton When I got started I hoped to drag my sweet 454 big block blazer out of the 6 to 7 range with this new system . shocked today I filled up and noted 11.6 miles per gallon not bad but the biggest change is the way in which it runs , it changed the truck . there is a night and day difference in how it starts runs and the highway top end out standing just a little scary . I am on my second fi tech system my ram charger is next and another blazer in the driveway .cant say enough good things as a foot note I live in Colorado so we can go from 5000 ft to 11000 in two hours . I have not wheeled with the system in place but it will be seen this summer in the hills .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New life for early Bronco After driving about 100 miles I could not be happier with the installation. FITech kit 30003 provided almost everything needed. I also installed the 40005 in line frame mounted pump. I had to improvise a pump mount to put the pump level with the bottom of the tank. The handheld controller is very cool. Being able to see the air/fuel ratio is such a treat. I've had four different carburetors on this engine and could never find a sweet spot. I am impressed with the value and quality of the kits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product that's much easier than most. I had mine installed by a professional custom car shop that had done lots of fuel injection conversions. They were impressed with the instructions and the installation. It took them two days to install and tweak the system. The pressure canister works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT EFI especially for the price Installed on a 355 n a 78 Nova, I had all kinds of carb issues rich idle and a big bog. The Fitech has it running like a new car, excellent idle even with my cam and throttle response is instant. I'm beyond happy with this purchase.

On the 30003 kit, what all is required to buy outside of the kit for it to work? I saw the "items you need" section and that is what sparked the question. I thought it was operational ready just with the kit as it is.

    Asked by: kman0388
You will need to add an EFI fuel system to supply this kit. We sell a kit with an ignition system and fuel pump kit - https://www.jegs.com/i/FITech-Fuel-Injection/546/30003K/10002/-1

Will this system work on a 78 chevy 454 and if so is it Ca. ARB approved?

    Asked by: puddlestomper
This EFI system will work on the 454 engine. This is not CARB approved for emission use.

Will this set up work on 89 f250 with the stock EFI fuel system. Or will I need to switch fuel systems.

    Asked by: Dylan123
You may need a new intake manifold and you will probably need a new fuel pump to use this EFI system.

Im looking to put something like this on my boat, I have twin inboard Volvo 225 (gm 305). Could I make this work, seems straight forward.

    Asked by: Richturkey
First, these are not marine certified. They would work on the engines as long as you have a standard square flange intake manifold and a proper fuel system.

I'm looking at installing this on a 1984 Mazda RX7. It's stock 12A motor and 5 speed transmission. Will this work for that application? What additional parts/adapters would you recommend?

    Asked by: KayakerDave
This will work if you are adding a 4 bbl intake manifold on the engine.
