The American Thunder® Cat-back exhaust system for 2011-2018 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks with the 6.2L engine, is perfect for the person looking for an aggressive exterior sound level while maintaining a moderate interior tone. This bolt-on stainless steel system features a 3.50-inch mandrel-bent inlet pipe flowing into the 50 Series™ HD performance muffler with large 4.00-inch internals and a built-in tuned resonance chamber to minimize interior drone. The system has dual 2.50-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes which use the factory hanger locations and are finished off with large 3.50-inch polished stainless steel tips. This exhaust system gives you choices for tailpipe exit location either out each side behind the rear tires if you do a lot of towing, or straight-out under the rear bumper for a muscular look. The exhaust system is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty and includes all necessary parts and hardware for easy installation you can do at home. I have a 2017 6.2 Silverado LTZ max tow package, the stock single pipe exhaust can be heard at start up and heavy acceleration and quiet at highway speeds which is fine but I want the dual pipes side exit just like the 817602 offers how loud is it?
