Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound. The 3 wing nuts make it super easy to take off and put back on just make sure you let it cool before trying to take them off or where gloves. Did not notice a E.T difference but it does sound good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good for what it is! Have had it on my 2006 Chevy silverado for about a month, welded it in, sounds great, best flow cutout for the money. Can easily bolt a electric cutout on it later. Gasket seals perfectly.

Would a 3.5 in or 3in be better for my 7.5l engine

    Asked by: DEUCE225
You want this to match your exhaust system. If you have a 3" exhaust then you will want to use the 3" cutout kit.

Does anybody know what size exhaust cutout I will need for a 2013 Silverado 1500 5.3 with a currently stock exhaust tip ?

    Asked by: Donny12345
Most of the exhaust systems in the 2013 Silverado are 2.75" in diameter with the 5.3L engine. you will need to adapt your system to a 3" cutout to install the cutout.
