Rated 3 out of 5 by from poor fitting spool The mounting head fits very loose I don't trust it. Ill have to shim it. The locking pin is a joke its way to small there is no way to lock the pivot n any position. very poor Quality control and/or extreme tolerances. I will put m SBC engine on it but no way a big block. very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from room for improvement I chose this stand over others for it's superior weight capacity, and the stability of an "H" frame over a 3-legged stand. The folding feature is appreciated. The box arrived on my doorstep promptly, but it looks like it had a rough journey from China. One end of the box was completely open. Luckily I was not missing any of the hardware. The packaging could be a lot better. Assembly was straightforward. No written directions, but the parts diagram is clear enough. My chief complaint is the slop in the rotating assembly. The safety pin is undersized, which allows the engine mounting assembly to rock back and forth a couple of degrees within the slot. I don't want the engine rocking when I'm trying to torque a critical fastener. I don't want it rocking, period. The design of this stand is good, but the build quality leaves room for improvement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Probably Wouldn't Purchase Again Stand came in a beat to death box, hardware allover, some missing and looks like it got beat up before packaging. Not the greatest welds, splatter everywhere. Has a very bad baked on paint finish, NOT powder coating.
