Rated 5 out of 5 by from A REAL ONE I have a mint 78 Grand Marquis survivor that had fuel issues. Replaced the bad accelerator pump diaphragm and unplugged the nozzles (oh this modern fuel). Decided to replace the pump for good measure from the local auto parts. Couldn’t get it to seal on the pressure side and destroyed the factory steel line trying. This pump is old school and can be indexed. Though not mint original there’s nothing wrong with a “real” pump with a steel braided line.
