Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really bad customer service Jeg's informed me the box was fully adjusted and lubed. It was not and I only found this out AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED. Then, Jeg's has refused to respons to my emails and I will not wait for extended times over the phone. I called another source and finally got the job done. I am done with Jeg's.
