Greatly Improved Handling Performance
The area of the largest improvement is the handling and cornering performance. This system eliminates the OE leaf springs and replaces them with a 4-link rear suspension. The link bars offer more precise positioning of the rear axle to eliminate flexing and increase stability through the corners. When combined with a ShockWave or a Ridetech Coil-Over front suspension kit your classic muscle car can now enjoy the benefits of modern handling and ride quality technology.
Ultimate Shock Selection
Ridetech has designed the Bolt-On 4-Link Suspension Systems to fit either Ridetech Shockwaves or Coil-Overs. The correct ShockWaves or Coil-Overs are listed under "View Details" for that particular application.
- Ridetech ShockWave is a coil-over replacement that allows you to change spring rates on the fly. It can also lower the vehicle 5" to 6" below stock.
- Ridetech Coil-Over Shock is available single-adjustable (rebound) or triple-adjustable (rebound, low-speed, high-speed).
Bolt-On Suspension Upgrade
Ridetech Bolt-On 4-Link and 3-Link Wishbone Rear Suspension will bolt directly into the OE leaf spring mounts of your prized muscle machine. These rear suspension kits replace your stock leaf springs to deliver crisp and controlled handling that will inspire more confidence for performance driving.
Note: Because of some design differences in engineering processes from the manufacture, some truck applications will use a 3-Link system instead of a 4-Link system. All information listed above applies to both systems.
