MACH Force XP exhaust system for the 2007-13 R56, R57 and R58 MINI Cooper S. In recent testing, this system produced 16 horsepower and 32 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.5" brushed finish, mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel and is TIG-welded. This system uses a high flow, brushed, 304 stainless steel, single in dual out muffler which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. To finish off this system are dual aFe laser etched, 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations. Note: Cutting is required and should be performed by a skilled technician.
Mach Force-XP Exhaust Systems are constructed from mandrel bent stainless steel tubing that is increased in diameter over stock to help remove restriction and keep exhaust gas flowing freely. Smooth transitions and curves deliver powerful sound and increases in horsepower and torque. Mach Force-XP systems utilize factory mounting locations, bayonet hangers, OE-style flanges and band clamps for a perfect, leak-free fit. All systems incorporate a free-flowing agressive sounding muffler.
