The Aldan American SS Series is built for GM Vehicles that require a stud mount coil-over. Providing 6 compression settings of adjustment, compression adjustment control will allow you to adjust the rate at which the shock compresses when pre-loading the rear wheel as well as how the rear end will handle going over various road surfaces. GM Series -Stud Mount shocks are most popular for early Corvettes, but can be used in any application requiring a coil-over shock.
