- The popular GM 800 series style box is used on most 1964-88 GM passenger cars. Remanufactured by one of the top steering gear companies in the industry, this Allstar power steering box is an excellent replacement for leaking or worn power steering boxes and used in many classes of racing including sportsman, modifieds, street stocks and also suitable for daily driven vehicles. Allstar power steering boxes have a 16:1 ratio, a .185 valve for smooth, easy operation, -6AN adapter fittings which are removable when using stock style lines with 16mm and 18mm O-ring fittings and a 3/4"-30 splined input shaft. Each unit is quality tested and ready to be installed. These steering boxes are commonly used with part number 049-ALL56354 pitman arm.
