    • Easy to install bolt-on system. Welding onto a Chevy frame can be tricky, so we designed this LS motor mount kit for the 1949-1954 Chevy to bolt-on to the frame for added strength and support.

    For use with CP-1109LS Bolt-on Chevy LS Motor Mount Kit for 1949-1954 Chevy.



    Chassis Engineering Installation Instructions for Chevy LS Motor Mount Kit for 1949-1954 Chevy



    1. Remove original engine, transmission and rear end.

    2. Remove transmission cover in floor for access.

    3. Cut the two braces from inside of frame rails that interfere with engine mounting. As you progress you will find other odd pieces that affect clearance that need to be trimmed or removed.

    4. Slip both of the frame adapters over the frame and locate their positions as shown
