GM has packaged the 2.16-inch intake valves, made of featherweight titanium, exhaust valves, springs, seals and other hardware from the supercharged LS9 engine that powers the Corvette ZR1 so you know it will stand up to high-rpm, high-horsepower combinations. This new kit is a great match for LS heads with rectangular ports - including the new CNC-ported LS3 head (part number 809-88958758) or bare LS9 head (part number 809-12621773).
Note: You'llneed two kits to assemble a pair of heads and it's notcompatible with LS7 and small-bore LSX heads.
