Comp Cams Hydraulic Roller Lifters are available as both high performance replacements for factory roller blocks, and as a Retro-Fit solution for non-factory roller blocks. Roller Lifters will decrease friction and increase longevity when compared to flat tappet lifters. They will also allow for aggressive cam profiles that flat tappet lifters would never permit.
