High-strength alloy steel bodies are carbonized, CNC-machined, and heat-treated for severe-duty strength, wear resistance, and consistent valvetrain performance. HIPPO high-pressure pin oiling and EDM oil feed route pressurized oil from the band to the needle bearings for added lubrication in critical high-load areas. Each lifter uses a heat-treated tool steel axle, contoured micro-polished needle bearings, and crowned outer races to reduce lobe tracking and improve cycle life.
