A gravity fed pump has to sit at or below tank level, because it is designed to be pushed rather than to pull a head of fuel, and mounting one high is the usual cause of a pump that whines and starves. Wiring is two wires, and the E85 compatibility matters if the car may ever see corn fuel, since standard pump internals do not survive it.
