This kit includes an RPM Air-Gap intake manifold (PN 7521) for a Small-Block Ford, along with all the commonly needed installation items such as the gaskets, intake bolts, and carburetor studs.
- Will not fit 255 c.i.d. V8
- Not recommended for 289
- Recommended intake gasket: Edelbrock 7220
- Manifold Height: A-4.300 in., B-5.500 in.
- Carb pad height: 4.900 in.
- Carb recommendations: Edelbrock AVS2 or Performer Series 600-800 cfm
- For automatic transmissions use Edelbrock 1483 and 1490 or 1844
- Port exit dimensions: 1.040 in. x 1.850 in.
- Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant Edelbrock 1076
- DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS
- Hardened washers must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum
