This Performance Elite Series coil-over shock absorber is a non-vehicle-specific damper for custom, prerunner and race builds. It has a 2 in. body and 8.02 in. of travel, so check your shock mounts and chassis geometry before you order.
FOX 981-20-114-3 Technical Specifications:
- Body diameter is 2 in.
- Shaft diameter is 7/8 in.
- Usable travel is 8.02 in.
- Extended length is 22.2 in. and compressed length is 14.18 in.
- The body is steel with a clear zinc plated finish.
- The piggyback reservoir holds extra oil and nitrogen to help control heat during long runs.
- Mounting uses eyelet top and bottom mounts. Eyelet length is 1.68 in.
- Mounting hole and bushing size is 1/2 x 1-1/4 in.
- Reservoir measures 2.550 in. x 8.00 in.
- Damping is tuned with DSC Dual Speed Compression Adjuster.
