Series 3000 Race Hose Ends use Fragola's cutter method of hose attachment. The socket draws the hose over the nipple and into the cutter, and the cutter embeds itself into the end of the hose to form the seal. The result is a repeatable connection you can assemble on the bench with hand tools, and the fitting can be reused when the car gets re-plumbed.
