Hooker Blackheart Attitude Universal Multi-mode Exhaust Valve Control (EVC) Systems are a fully programmable exhaust valve control system that can be fabricated into almost any vehicle. EVC kits allow the user to transform the vehicle's exhaust system into a multi-mode exhaust system, capable of active valve positioning that ranges from a quiet, factory-style exhaust all the way to full race and everything in-between.
