    Open Face Helmet That Provides Incredible Safety and Aero Stabilization

    Velocity Helmets have a unique design geometry that optimizes coverage, safety, and visibility in an open-face helmet. Open face helmets are usually a compromise between visibility and impact safety. Impact Racing has designed the Velocity with external ribbing to provide additional reinforcement of the shell of the helmet to help offset the reduction of rigidity of the open face design. Another major drawback common to open face helmets is the lack of stabilization in their design at high speeds. Impact has designed aerodynamic slots into the visor that direct airflow and stabilize the helmet. A large detent is also built into the helmet to keep goggle straps from slipping off the helmet.
