JEGS Fusible Link is used to protect the wire, wiring harness, and other electrical components in your vehicle. When too much amperage is applied to the fusible link wire, it will melt and disconnect power to the wiring harness & fuse panel. This wire is normally connected to the positive battery terminal or large terminal on the starter (main power lead to the fuse panel).
