    JEGS 555-601075 Heavy-Duty Flexplate for use with 1970-1990 Big Block Chevy 454 externally-balanced engine is engineered to handle extreme-duty applications and designed to take the punishment of today’s high-horsepower engines. This Flexplate is .035 in. thicker than stock and has a 29.1 SFI approval stamped into the face of the plate.

    • An SFI approved Flexplate meets safety standards set by the SFI Foundation, ensuring reliability and durability. The JEGS 601075 is SFI-certified for added performance assurance.

      How tight should flexplate bolts be?

      • Flexplate bolts should be torqued to the manufacturer's specifications. Refer to your engine manual or JEGS 601075 product documentation for the recommended torque settings.

        • SFI 29.1 Rated Flexplates

        Built to exceed OE specifications, JEGS die-stamped flexplates are made from Chromoly steel with a double-welded ring gear to prevent separation in high-RPM engines. Each drag racing flexplate has a zinc-dichromate finish applied to prevent degradation, then undergoes a final plate inspection and SFI certification testing to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
