The JEGS 555-60647 is a one-piece aluminum rear driveshaft built for 1967-1969 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird models backed by a TH350 automatic transmission. It swaps in place of the factory steel shaft, trimming rotating weight while the 3 in. aluminum tube stands up to the added torque of a built small-block or big-block. Every shaft arrives assembled and balanced with the transmission yoke already installed, so it is ready to bolt in once the rear U-joint straps or U-bolts are secured to the pinion yoke.
