    The JEGS 555-89024 Header-Back Dual Exhaust Kit is engineered to improve exhaust flow and reduce backpressure on classic 1973-1986 Chevy, GMC 1/2, 3/4, 1-Ton 4WD trucks. Constructed from 16-gauge aluminized steel with dual 2.250 in. mandrel-bent tubing, this system maintains consistent inside diameter through every bend to support better engine efficiency and throttle response.

Constructed from 16-gauge, mandrel bent, aluminized steel, these exhaust systems improve the flow of exhaust gases and are built to last. To suit your needs, a variety of 2-1/2 (.500) to 3 in. diameter tubing configurations are available with or without mufflers, and all kits come with hangers, clamps and hardware to make installation easy. Due to variations in ride height and suspension setup, some cutting and welding may be required.
