  • (2) Body Bolts: 3/8 in.-16 x 13/16 in. UHL

• Radiator Support, Fender Brace, Battery Clamp, and Miscellaneous Attachments

  • (21) Body Bolts: 5/16 in.-18 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 1/2 in. hex head
  • (4) Flange Nuts: 5/16 in.-18
  • (10) Hex Head Screws: #14 x 3/4 in. UHL, with 3/8 in. hex head

• Fan Shroud:

  • (4) Body Bolts: 5/16 in.-18 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 1/2 in. hex head
  • (4) U-Nuts: 5/16 in.

• Hood Hinges:

  • (10) Body Bolts: 3/8 in.-16 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 9/16 in. hex head – head contains affixed 1 in. diameter washer

• Grille and Headlight Housings

  • (10) Body Bolts: 5/16 in.-18 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 1/2 in. hex head
  • (8) Chrome Phillips Head Sheet Metal Screws: #8 x 3/4 in. OAL

• Upper and Lower Rear Fenders:

  • (4) Body Bolts: 3/8 in.-16 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 9/16 in. hex head – head contains affixed 1 in. diameter fender washer
  • (6) Body Bolts: 3/8 in.-16 x 1 1/4 in. UHL, with 9/16 in. hex head - head contains affixed 1 in. diameter fender washer
  • (4) U-Nuts: 3/8 in.

• Header Panel:

  • (3) Body Bolts: 5/16 in.-18 x 13/16 in. UHL, with 1/2 in. hex head
  • (3) U-Nuts: 5/16 in.

• Headlight Bezels:

  • (16) Phillips Head Sheet Metal Screws: #8 x 3/4 in. OAL
  • (8) J-Clip Nuts
  • Note: Not all screws are required for all years

• Fender Shims:

  • (4) Fender Alignment Shims: 7/64 in. thick
  • (4) Fender Alignment Shims: 1/16 in. thick
