- Great for the professional and amateur, who demand the best in safety and comfort. A true Kirkey road race design with built in shoulder supports. Made with .125'' thick 5052 grade aluminum that is TIG welded outside and MIG welded inside. High back headrest is reinforced with Kirkey's unique tubular rolled edge for added strength. Offset aluminum extrusion around perimeter of seat adds extra strength and safety. The seat bottom is contoured in rear for multi-angled seat position mounting. Raised in front for thigh support. The seats have machined openings to eliminate rubber molding on seat belt holes, and it has a standard Submarine belt opening.
