A factory throttle cable rarely lines up once an LS1 or Ram Jet 350 goes into a car it did not come in. This kit ships long at 36 in. and is cut to fit the car, so the housing routes where the builder needs it instead of where the stock cable wanted to go. The braided stainless housing runs over a specially extruded liner, and aluminum ferrules cap the ends so the cable does not fray where it is trimmed.
