This is the passenger side positive cable running from the battery to the junction block on 6.7L Cummins trucks. Cables fail internally, corroding under the insulation where nothing shows, and the symptom is slow cranking that looks exactly like a weak battery or a failing starter. Measuring voltage drop under load is what finds it.
