Recommended Oil Pump & Pickup: Stock Oil Pumps, Moroso BBC Race Pump Nos 710-22150, 22160, 22162. Use Pickup No 710-24430.
Features: - Fits all Big Block Chevy engines (except Gen V and Gen VI), in most chassis except 1962-67 Chevy II, V8 Vega/Monza, and 1955-57 Chevy
- Deep 9" sump increases capacity to 7 quarts, which reduces oil temperature and insures adequate supply to pickup area
- Baffle allows oil to flow "one way" into the pickup area - and keeps it there
- Notched pan rails accept strokes up to 4.250" with steel rods, 4.090" with aluminum rods
- Works with most starter/flywheel combinations
