- When installing an MSD Ignition the factory ECU may not distinguish when the coil fires and may cause a no-run situation. The Dual Channel Ignition Adapter allows the ECU to trigger both the tach and fuel injection by simulating the original coil trigger signal with the installed MSD DIS Ignition. Plugs directly into the MSD harness in most applications.Note: MSD DIS-2 Ignition requires (1) 121-8912. DIS-4 Ignition requires (2) 121-8912.
