This is an all new gear box manufactured with brand new tooling. Replaces gear box with casting number of 5698180 and was used in many GM 2wd pickups from 1967-86. Can also replace Dodge 3496910, but alignment flat may not be in same location. Has 24:1 ratio for approx. 6 turns lock to lock. Input shaft measures.732 and has 30 splines with milled flat for coupling alignment.
