OER MB9912 Features:
OER reproduction of the 1970 Dodge Charger grill and headlamp door assembly for models With concealed headlamps. Manufactured in high-pressure injection-molded plastic and supplied With OE-style stamped steel headlamp door brackets. Headlamp door assemblies are manufactured in stamped steel With the injection molded plastic texture riveted in place. Plastic texture on each door is molded in black plastic and painted argent silver in the proper accent areas.
Each door comes mounted With a 2" slotted rod that acts as a pivot for the headlamp door. Phillips head mounting screw and circlip secures the crank rod to the steel bracket on the grille assembly. The assemblies come With the assorted hardware including (2) headlamp door stop adjusting screws, (4) headlamp door rubber bumpers, (2) small plastic bushings, (2) large plastic bushings for headlamp door pivot points, (2) circlips for headlamp pivot, (2) headlamp door mounting bolts, and (2) nuts With integral washers. Inner headlamp "L" brackets are also included, manufactured in steel just like the factory Mopar item.
This complete assembly consists of over 25 different parts partially assembled to make installation more convenient.
