    The Painless Perfect Engine Management System solves the dilemma faced by many people who want upgrade their hot rods, classic trucks or SUVs to fuel injection. It solves issues regarding which ECM to use and how to program it for maximum performance in a transplant environment. Why hassle with expensive complicated aftermarket systems that require extensive programming and mapping? With the Perfect system from Painless you don't have to be a rocket scientist to get maximum performance and a simple to understand installation.

    The Perfect system consists of two key components:
  • A compact, waterproof ECM fully programmed by Painless and dyno-tested for maximum horsepower, torque and fuel economy when used in a factory original fuel injection engine. Absolutely no programming of the computer required, just plug and play.
  • A custom Painless Fuel Injection Wiring Harness designed for simple and direct installation using OEM connectors.

      Painless F5 Fan Controllers are a state-of-the-art fan control system that operate single/dual cooling fans from 50% up to 100% duty cycle. An a/c compressor override runs the fan/fans at 100% duty cycle if air conditioning is kicked on. Each kit includes an under hood rated solid state pulse width modulation controller, 3/8 NPT threaded temperature sensor, large gauge fan wires and a labeled vehicle integration wire harness, mounting hardware, 70 Amp fuse and connectors. Kit also includes a three position toggle switch that gives you manual control of the cooling fans; position one is 100% fan on, position two is normal operation and position three is 0% fan or fan off. Also included is a push button switch which is used to set the vehicle speed at which you like the cooling fans to shut off above.
