Polished finish. The Upper Plenum is a direct bolt-on for all 4.6L 2V Mustangs and provides an additonal 100 CFM of air flow over the stock unit. The inlet opening is 75MM but can be used with stock throttle bodies or our 70 or 75MM throttle bodies. This is an inexpensive bolt-on that provides instand additional performance.
