Russell Stat-O-Seals are manufactured with a Buna rubber o-ring mechanically bonded to the inside diameter of an aluminum washer. When tightened, the o-ring seal is compressed, forming a positive seal around the bolt shank or fitting. Washers are sold 2 per package.
